The City of Denton, Texas needed a reliable solution for upgrading its power infrastructure.
DFW Concrete Pros took charge of the project, constructing a 40x40-foot transformer pad with a
central platform for housing critical transformer equipment.
This project was unique due to its complex utility and conduit system. DFW Concrete Pros'
engineers constructed the pad with two layers of rebar for added strength and incorporated
wood structures to support the heavy-duty equipment. The pad exceeded residential standards
with a depth of three feet, ensuring its durability.
Following through in productive fashion, the project took approximately one week to turn the
engineer's specifications into reality. DFW Concrete Pros' collaborative approach with engineers
ensured a precise and efficient construction process, resulting in a solid foundation for Denton's
power needs.
